The MaxForm L3 Vacuum Forming Machine is a high-performance dental thermoforming device engineered to provide accurate and reliable forming of orthodontic and dental appliances. The machine supports both soft and rigid films ranging from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm thickness, making it suitable for a wide range of dental applications including invisible aligners, retainers, sports mouthguards, and other thermoformed appliances. Connect the machine to a proper power supply.

Select the suitable film size and thickness.

Place the dental model on the forming platform.

Fix the thermoforming film securely in the holder.

Activate the heating process using the control panel.

Once the film reaches forming temperature, the machine automatically applies vacuum pressure.

Allow the formed appliance to cool before removing.

Trim and finish the appliance as required.
