FlexiJaw is an advanced jaw rehabilitation and mobility training device developed to support patients with restricted mouth opening and reduced jaw function. The device delivers controlled, gradual, and comfortable stretching of the jaw muscles and temporomandibular joint (TMJ), helping improve range of motion and functional mouth opening over time.

The device is particularly beneficial for patients undergoing rehabilitation following head and neck cancer treatment, radiotherapy-induced fibrosis, oral and maxillofacial surgery, TMJ disorders, prolonged jaw immobilization, and muscle-related jaw stiffness.

FlexiJaw™ features ergonomically designed handles, cushioned mouthpieces, an adjustable safety limiter screw, and an integrated measurement scale to provide controlled therapy while minimizing discomfort. Before First Use

Ensure the device is clean, dry, and undamaged.

Attach the provided soft bite pads securely to the mouthpieces.

Replace bite pads if worn, loose, or damaged.

Basic Usage

Hold FlexiJaw™ upright using both handles.

Position the padded mouthpieces gently between the upper and lower teeth.

Slowly squeeze the handles to begin mouth opening.

Stretch only to a comfortable, pain-free limit.

Hold or release according to the prescribed exercise protocol.
