Connect the machine to a compatible power source (220V).

Select the appropriate thermoforming sheet according to the appliance requirement.

Place the dental model on the forming platform securely.

Fix the thermoforming sheet into the holding frame.

Heat the sheet until it becomes soft and flexible.

Activate the vacuum forming function to adapt the sheet over the dental model.

Allow the material to cool completely before removing.

Trim and finish the formed appliance as required.

Clean the machine after every use for optimal performance and longevity.
