1. Select the Appropriate Size:
Choose the drill diameter (2.5 mm / 3 mm / 3.5 mm / 4 mm) based on the implant site and clinical need.
2. Attach to Handpiece:
Securely connect the Auto Bone Collector Drill to your surgical contra-angle or implant handpiece.
3. Irrigation Setup:
Ensure external saline irrigation is in place to avoid overheating and to maintain bone viability during drilling.
4. Begin Drilling:
- Drill at the recommended RPM for implant osteotomy (usually 250–350 RPM, depending on bone density).
- Maintain steady pressure and follow standard osteotomy protocol.
5. Bone Collection:
As the drill advances, bone particles are automatically collected in the internal chamber of the drill.
6. Stop and Retrieve Bone:
After drilling, remove the drill from the site and unscrew the collection chamber carefully.
Use a sterile instrument to remove and transfer the collected bone graft material.
7. Reuse or Continue Drilling:
- If more bone is needed, repeat the process.
