Preparation Ensure the implant platform is fully exposed and free from debris. Verify compatibility with the Adin implant system (matching platform size). Sterilize the healing cap if supplied non-sterile. Placement Attach the healing cap onto the implant using the appropriate prosthetic driver. Hand-tighten gently; do not overtighten to avoid damage to the internal connection. Confirm that the soft tissues adapt properly around the cap. Healing Phase Allow tissues to heal as per clinician’s protocol (generally 1–4 weeks). Instruct patient to maintain good oral hygiene around the healing cap.
