1. Preparation

Ensure the handpiece is clean, lubricated, and in proper working condition.

Select the appropriate Plastic Bur shape according to the clinical requirement.

2. Installation

Insert the Plastic Bur firmly into the contra-angle or handpiece chuck.

Confirm that the bur is securely locked to prevent slippage during rotation.

3. Operation

Operate the bur at low to medium speed, as recommended for plastic/acrylic burs.

Apply light, steady pressure to shape or finish the restorative surface.

Avoid excessive force to prevent heat generation and premature bur wear.

4. Cleaning & Maintenance

Remove the bur from the handpiece after use.

Rinse thoroughly with water to remove debris.
