1. Preparation Before Use

Ensure the handpiece is compatible with your E-type micromotor.

Inspect the handpiece for any visible damage before each use.

Clean the exterior surface with a soft cloth and an approved disinfectant.

2. Bur Insertion

Press the push-button firmly.

Insert a Ø 1.60 mm FG bur

Recommended bur length: 25 mm

Chucking length: 11.6 mm

Release the push-button and gently pull the bur to confirm secure locking.

Do not use worn, bent, or damaged burs.

3. Connecting the Handpiece

Attach the handpiece securely to the E-type micromotor.

Ensure a tight connection to prevent vibration or leakage.

Check the water supply to confirm proper internal/quattro spray function.

4. Operation

Set the micromotor speed according to the procedure.

With a 1:5 speed-increasing mechanism, speeds up to 200,000 rpm can be achieved.

Always start at low speed and increase gradually.

Maintain adequate water spray to cool the bur and prevent overheating.

Avoid excessive pressure—allow the bur to cut efficiently.

5. After Use

6. Cleaning
