  1. Attach the E4D scaler tip securely to the ultrasonic scaler handpiece using the tip wrench.

  2. Set the scaler to Endodontic mode with low or medium power.

  3. Ensure continuous water irrigation to prevent overheating.

  4. Insert the tip carefully into the root canal.

  5. Use gentle movements to remove calcified tissue or old filling material.

  6. Avoid applying excessive pressure to prevent damage to the tooth structure or tip.
