The endo pex ai is a two-in-one endodontic device that combines motor-driven file movement with an integrated apex locator. This combination allows dental professionals to perform root canal instrumentation while monitoring the position of the file inside the canal.

Its auto start-stop function helps control motor activation according to file positioning, while auto-reverse supports controlled movement during instrumentation. Adjustable forward and reverse modes provide flexibility when selecting the operating motion for different treatment requirements.

The integrated OLED display presents important operating information, including torque, speed and apex-position feedback. A 1:1 contra-angle handpiece with 350° rotation provides flexibility when positioning the instrument during clinical procedures.

Powered by a brushless motor, this endo pex ai endomotor offers nine preset programs, torque adjustment from 0.6-4.0 N·cm and speed settings between 140–500 RPM. Its built-in 800 mAh rechargeable battery supports cordless operation during endodontic treatment.
