Intended Use

The Ceramic Bearing Airotor Cartridge is intended for use in high-speed dental handpieces to provide smooth, efficient cutting performance with reduced vibration, lower noise levels, and enhanced durability.

Instructions for Use

Remove the existing cartridge from the handpiece following the handpiece manufacturer’s instructions.

Thoroughly clean and dry the handpiece head before installing the new cartridge.

Insert the cartridge gently into the handpiece without applying excessive force.

Secure the cartridge according to the handpiece design (push-button or standard head).

Operate the handpiece for 20–30 seconds outside the oral cavity to confirm smooth rotation before patient use.

Lubricate the handpiece as recommended by the handpiece manufacturer.

Sterilization

Autoclavable up to 135 °C at 2.1 bar pressure

Sterilize before first use and between each patient

Do not exceed the recommended temperature or sterilization cycle duration
