The Endo Motor is a compact, high-performance endodontic motor designed to deliver precise control, smooth operation, and reliable safety during root canal procedures. With adjustable speed, torque, and rotation modes, it allows clinicians to customize settings for different file systems and canal anatomies with confidence.

1. Assembly

Align the connector of the desired contra-angle head with the motor handpiece.

Gently attach and twist until the head is securely locked in place.

Ensure the contra-angle head is properly seated before use.

2. Powering ON / OFF

To power ON, press and hold the power button on the motor handpiece until the device activates.

To power OFF, press and hold the same power button again until the device shuts down.

3. Speed & Torque Adjustment

Use the speed and torque adjustment buttons on the motor handpiece.

Press the respective buttons to increase or decrease the rotation speed and torque until the desired values are set.

4. Inserting the Instrument

Prepare the root canal according to standard endodontic protocols.

Insert the selected endodontic file securely into the contra-angle chuck.

5. Programs

Select from the available preset programs (P1–P10), which allow pre-configured settings for:

Rotation speed

Torque level

Direction of rotation

Adjust or customize settings as required for the selected file system.

Power On

Switch on the unit using the power button.

Select Mode & Settings

Choose the appropriate operation mode (continuous rotation or reciprocation).

Set the speed and torque according to the manufacturer’s recommendations for the selected file system.

During Canal Preparation

Monitor torque/load feedback on the display (if available).

Observe auto-reverse or reverse-on-torque-limit functions (if supported) to reduce the risk of file separation.

Clinical Control

Adjust settings as required during instrumentation to maintain safe and efficient canal preparation.
