Ensure the implant site is clean and free of debris. Select the appropriate healing cap size matching the Osstem implant platform. Seat the healing cap onto the implant using a prosthetic driver. Tighten gently to the recommended torque: 5–10 Ncm. Verify tissue adaptation and ensure no excessive pressure is applied. Allow healing based on clinical judgement (typically 2–4 weeks). Remove the healing cap before prosthetic impression or abutment placement.
