Power off the device. Connect AC adapter / power supply. Ensure the device is plugged in and receiving stable power (not just battery). Press and hold the main POWER button and the “MEMO” (or similar “memory / settings”) button simultaneously for ~2–3 seconds (or until display shows a reset confirmation). Wait for the display message (e.g. “RESET DONE” / device returns to first system in file-library). This indicates factory default parameters restored. Disconnect adapter / Reboot. Then power-on again to start fresh with default factory settings.
